Delete Your Shootly Account

If you would like to delete your Shootly account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app or by submitting a request using the form below.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

1. Open the Shootly app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your request

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Request Deletion via Web

If you are unable to access the app, submit a deletion request using the form below and we will process it within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your Google account association
• Your credit balance
• Your photo enhancement history
• All images stored on our servers and Autoenhance.ai's servers

This action cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

What Is Retained

We may retain the following for a limited period after deletion:

• Purchase transaction records required for legal and financial compliance
• Crash and diagnostic data that has already been anonymized
