This Privacy Policy describes how Shootly ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Driftlab, collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the Shootly mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and Google profile information through Google Sign-In. You may use the App in guest mode for up to 10 photo enhancements without creating an account. An account is required to purchase credits or download watermark-free images.
When you capture or upload a photo through the App, the image is transmitted to Autoenhance.ai for AI-powered enhancement processing. We store a unique image ID in our database to link your account to your images on Autoenhance.ai's servers. We do not store the full image files on our own servers.
When you purchase credits, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We store your credit balance and purchase history in our database. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information to improve app stability. This data is anonymized and does not include your photos.
Photos you capture through the App are transmitted to and processed by Autoenhance.ai. As the developer of Shootly, we have access to images processed through our Autoenhance.ai account for the purposes of quality assurance and technical support. Images are stored on Autoenhance.ai's servers in accordance with their data retention policy.
Please note that by using Autoenhance.ai's services through our App, your images may be used by Autoenhance.ai to improve their AI models and for their own promotional business purposes, as outlined in Autoenhance.ai's Privacy Policy.
Authentication is handled by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data.
We use Firebase Firestore to store your account data and credit balance, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Firebase is operated by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not handle payment processing directly.

Your account data and credit balance are retained for as long as your account is active. Images processed through the App are stored on Autoenhance.ai's servers. Deleting a photo from within the App will remove it from Autoenhance.ai's servers. Deleting your account will result in the permanent deletion of your account data, credit balance, and all associated images.

Shootly is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
We implement industry standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between the App and our services is encrypted via HTTPS. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Malaysia, including the United States, where our third party service providers operate. By using the App you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
