By downloading, installing, or using the Shootly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 without notice.
You may use the App in guest mode for up to 10 photo enhancements without creating an account. A Google account is required to purchase credits or download watermark-free images.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Shootly operates on a credit system. Credits are used to remove watermarks and download full resolution enhanced images. All credits are purchased through Google Play Billing.
Credit pricing is displayed within the App and is subject to change at our discretion. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits that have been used to remove watermarks cannot be refunded. Unused credits cannot be refunded. By purchasing credits you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used or until your account is terminated.
You agree not to use the App to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice or warning, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or our business.
Upon termination, your credit balance will be forfeited with no refund. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the App including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Shootly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the original photos you capture through the App. By using the App you grant us and Autoenhance.ai the rights necessary to process your images for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.
Please note that Autoenhance.ai reserves certain rights to use processed images as outlined in their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the enhanced images will meet your expectations. The quality of enhanced images may vary depending on the quality of the original photo and lighting conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of bookings, or dissatisfaction with enhanced image quality.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The App relies on third party services including Autoenhance.ai and Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
